Existing research thrusts include advanced materials, biomedical engineering, microelectromechanical systems, and engineering and computational fundamentals. Moving forward, we also seek to enhance research in the generation, transportation, utilization and storage of energy, thus positioning Case and the state of Ohio at the forefront of solving our nation's increasing energy-related challenges.
