Mission
It is our mission in the Master of Engineering
Program of the Case School of Engineering to prepare students
to enhance their role as corporate leaders through an academic
program of excellence. The program provides a challenging academic
environment where practicing engineering professionals can address
the increasingly wide range of technical, management, financial
and inter-personal skills demanded by an ever-expanding and diverse
global industry base.
The mission will be realized by offering courses
that deliver a relevant, rigorous and exciting curriculum, influencing
not only the future directions of engineering education, but also
industrial practice. Accessibility, flexibility and personal attention
are hallmark values of the program.
Vision
We will be regarded by local and national technology-based
companies as the graduate program of choice for the combined technical
and business educational development of practicing professional
engineers. Graduates will enroll in our program because they recognize
the courses are designed into a rigorous integrated curriculum
delivering contemporary key-enabling knowledge, technology and
